Janet Croswell

With more than ten years of experience as a business professional, Janet Croswell worked in entrepreneurial, not-for-profit, and corporate settings before entering into the legal profession. Fully appreciating the needs and concerns of business owners and key decision makers, Ms. Croswell strives to help her clients make informed business decisions based on sound legal advice. Ms. Croswell has assisted her clients with contract negotiation, collection issues, entity formation, intellectual property and trademark matters, capital raises, and technology licensing. Ms. Croswell holds a B.A. in Biology from Truman State University, a Master of International Business from Saint Louis University, and a J.D. from Indiana University School of Law- Indianapolis. Ms. Croswell is fluent in Spanish as her second language and has studied Korean and Japanese. Janet and her husband, Brett, are actively involved in the community, enjoy traveling and outdoor sports.
