David A. Castor
David Castor concentrates his practice on advising and serving Indiana businesses and their owners through their legal matters. Mr. Castor's practice is focused largely on representing SaaS and Internet based companies as general counsel. He has experience in SaaS and technology licensing, contract development and negotiations, mergers & acquisitions, emerging business matters, private equity, and corporate governance issues. Mr. Castor holds a B.S. in Management from Purdue University, an M.B.A. (concentration in Finance) from Butler University, and a J.D. from Indiana University School of Law – Indianapolis.
